Arra YerganianPresident
Arra G. Yerganian, a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management, oversees and executes the company's growth strategy. By providing clear vision for Levelthree, Mr. Yerganian is fostering collaboration, innovation, and the spirit of camaraderie. This focus will ensure that Levelthree continues to thrive and grow by adapting to an ever changing market. Recognized by colleagues as an “innovator in residence and visionary; Arra is a bold leader who balances the qualities of patience and understanding with laser focused determination.”

With proven expertise, Arra is a results oriented, seasoned executive with over 25 years of general management and leadership alongside a history of increasing revenue and profitability for companies like Lennar Homes, Pulte Homes, The Dial Corporation, and Procter & Gamble.

Above all else, Arra is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience. “It begins with each and every employee recognizing that they are an integral part of the organization,” says Arra. “This self-realization allows for the Levelthree staff to go above and beyond each and every day, as we continue to build our business around our customers.”

Mr. Yerganian is an active Parish Council Member of the St. Andrew Armenian Church and works extensively as a volunteer with the American Red Cross, Silicon Valley Chapter, formerly serving as Chairman of the Board and currently as Vice Chair. Mr. Yerganian, his wife Taline, and their two children live in Silicon Valley.

Doug GardinerGeneral Manager
Mr. Gardiner was a member of the start-up team that brought Levelthree to reality in 1993. Having been in the industry for twenty-five years Mr. Gardiner brings a wealth of operational and problem solving skills to the team. Prior to stepping into his leadership role at Levelthree Solutions, Mr. Gardiner spent several years working in Marketing Communications and strategic planning for prominent Silicon Valley companies.

Doug is an avid fisherman, scuba diver and practices Brazilian Jujitsu. When not working to further his personal goals or those of the company, his enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. Doug and his family enjoy living in the Bay Area.

Tony DattiloDirector of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Dattilo, a graduate of San Diego State University's Business Administration program, is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of the Company's sales and marketing functions. He has championed various business ventures in the print management and promotional products industry throughout his career. Prior to his current role with Levelthree Solutions, Mr. Dattilo served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ferra Doyle Group, a California based promotional products company where he managed the sales and marketing team. Mr. Dattilo was directly responsible for developing critical client accounts, accomplishing this by building teams to sell and deliver outsourcing agreements for large corporate clients.

Mr. Dattilo joined the Levelthree Solutions team in 2008, bringing with him broad and deep experience to the sales and marketing efforts of the Company. In his spare time Mr. Dattilo enjoys cycling, skiing and water sports.

Jim PetralliDirector of Information Technology
Mr. Petralli is a native of Northern California and was educated at the College of San Mateo, California State University San Jose, and the USAF (Vietnam 1970). He has held a variety of positions ranging from Kinney Shoes Salesman, Truck Driver, Transportation Resource Coordinator, VP of Operations, CEO/Owner, Program Developer, and now Director of IT Services for Levelthree Solutions.

At the age of 55, just to see if he still had any brain cells left, Mr. Petralli tested, and was accepted into Mensa. Mr. Petralli is always on the outlook for people with talents and abilities that exceed his own to add to the Levelthree Solutions IT Department and feels that he “now has a great staff behind and before him.” Mr. Petralli currently lives in San Jose, CA and enjoys visits with his family who live in Burbank, CA, Chicago, IL, and Cameroon.

Paul MartinDirector of Product Development & Creative Services
As Director of Product Development and Creative Services at Levelthree Solutions, Mr. Martin plays a pivotal role in developing the products and solutions that support Levelthree's four areas of service offerings. Mr. Martin brings a spirit of innovation, dedication, and excellence to Levelthree Solutions.

Mr. Martin joined Levelthree in 2005 as a member of the Information Technology Services team where he participated in the redesign of its internal order management system, relaunch of the company's web portal "gateway" inventory management system, and launch of the Production-on-Demand (POD) model. Mr. Martin is proud to have helped pioneer the Branded and Customizable POD solutions and Company Stores platform. He has been awarded the Employee of the Quarter award three times and was honored with the Employee of the Year award in 2007 by the employees of Levelthree Solutions. He grew to manage Levelthree's Data Processing department and became the company's Director of Product Development and Creative Services.

Mr. Martin was raised in Silicon Valley with his younger brother and older sister. He went to Saratoga High School where he met his future wife, played bass in an award winning band and graduated with honors. He attended the University of California at Davis and studied Computer Engineering. At UC Davis, Mr. Martin was in the top 10% of his class and became a member of the Tao Beta Phi Engineering Honor Society. He left UC Davis early to pursue his passion in web development and started a web development, consulting and hosting company. Prior to joining Levelthree, in 2001, Mr. Martin was Global Web Master of SPYRUS Inc, world-wide leaders in hardware-based encryption security products, where he launched an entirely new website, revamped their intranet, and redesigned their software installation system.

Mr. Martin and family reside in Santa Clara, California, where they enjoy travel, spending time together in the sunny California weather and listening to a diverse selection of music.

Ron GilcreastController
Mr. Gilcreast manages the accounting and finance functions at Levelthree Solutions. After beginning his accounting career as an accounts payable clerk with Time Warner in 1992, Mr. Gilcreast rapidly moved up to a staff accountant position before putting the number crunching on hold to fulfill his dream of going to music school. After graduating with Honors from Musician’s Institute in 1995, Ron resumed his career as an accounting and technical consultant while pursuing his passion for music with an after-hours career as a professional musician.

Not content to rest on those laurels, in 1999 he took up triathlon, and so far has completed two Ironman distance triathlons, including the world-famous Hawaii Ironman in Kona. He cheerfully describes himself as “slow but stubborn,” and dreams of one day completing the grueling Marathon des Sables, a 6 day footrace through the northern Sahara Desert.

Mr. Gilcreast brings energy, entrepreneurial instincts, and a passion for process to his role as Levelthree Solutions Controller. Mr. Gilcreast lives in Los Gatos, CA with his girlfriend Carissa and two children.
