Wilden Pump and Engineering has been the world leader in double-diaphragm pumps since 1955. Wilden challenged us to increase their efficiency and lower their overhead. They turned to the Levelthree Solutions Print Management Team for support to renovate their print management process with proprietary cutting edge software and logistics.

Solution
The Levelthree Solutions Print Management Team assessed the situation at Wilden and designed a two phase plan. With the goal of bringing their outdated order processing into the 21st century, Levelthree Solutions redeveloped Wilden's system with our proprietary software. Their new, fully automated system allows Wilden employees to work more efficiently at their core competencies while the automated system orchestrates the order processing and workflow.

The second phase consisted of building an internet "gateway" for employees to access and manage, in-house, the Levelthree Solutions print-on-demand system. This allowed Wilden to outsource the printing of promotional collateral and product information to Levelthree Solutions state-of-the-art print house. The Levelthree Solutions print on demand system creates virtually zero-waste while building Wilden's bottom line and reducing their carbon footprint, shifting Wilden towards a sustainable business model as a selling point!
