Challenge:
Apply knowledge gained from our experience building an “exception order" friendly gateway to all our customer gateways. Exception orders are orders placed through a customer's gateway that fall outside the predetermined quantity parameters. We listen closely to our customers and respond with nimble, imaginative solutions.

When we learn that a customer is dissatisfied with their present system, we customize an order management tool that suits their needs. We solved the problem with functionality by changing the way gateways receive orders and correspond with our order management system. This allows for universal solutions. By solving problems at their core, we are able to apply solutions to all of our client gateways, preventing “exception order” problems before they have a chance to occur. This creative approach is another example of our responsive and nimble strategy to problem solving.
